(Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d)

As a (Senior) Product Manager at Cinemo, you have the responsibility to place our products, features and services in the best possible market position. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will own and drive various product management activities across the whole product lifecycle such as: managing strategy to conquer the market, shaping ideas into product/feature/service concepts, driving agile implementation or prioritizing engineering activities, proposing pricing models and strategy.
Your extensive interest for industry / market trends and innovation will continuously drive your product(s) agenda (existing and new). Your exceptional technical expertise combined with a proven business understanding positions you as a central stakeholder in our organization with strong leadership, able to communicate at all levels within the company.

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and Go To Market (offer description, value proposition & USPs, positioning vs competition or alternative solutions, product configuration and versioning, customer support model, etc.)
• Specify product/feature/service requirements by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers, potential customers as well as partners
• Own and populate the roadmap of your product(s) and enable all stakeholders depending on it
• Work with the engineering Product Owners to drive a solution which is set cross-functionally (Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Support, Sales) through market requirements, product development, documentation and positioning
• Run training, beta and pilot programs with early-stage products/features/services including innovation concepts

• Minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience
• Strategic and creative thinking with very analytical and quantitative approach, having the ability to use data/metrics to propose options
• Successful track record in launching new products (Multimedia/IVI/Mobility markets) with strong customer and market centric mindset 
• Passionate about identifying market trends, addressing market/customer needs and solving business problems with technology
• Demonstrated expertise in  Android Automotive ecosystem (AAOS / AOSP) including various App distribution channels such as App Stores, and acquainted with release management concepts and versioning
• Software development, with Project Management, experience
• Be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, adaptive to changing environment, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Be result-driven person with “can do” attitude, and excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills
