Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

• Taking full ownership of your products from the first idea to the end of their life and steering them to commercial success
• Building clear roadmaps and business cases that earn the support of senior management and deliver measurable growth
• Deciding where to invest and what to stop, with a clear view on profit and not only on revenue
• Shaping how product management works at DCS by setting standards and showing what good looks like
• Inspiring and mentoring colleagues across product, engineering and commercial teams so that more people take ownership

• Solid experience in product management with real product responsibility, ideally including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
• A commercial mindset: setting your own KPIs, focusing on profit as well as revenue and making your case to senior management
• Good understanding of technology and the confidence to work closely with engineering, commercial and marketing colleagues
• A real sense of ownership and clear communication at every level, with the ability to inspire and mentor others
• Nice to have: experience in e-mobility, energy or software businesses (similar industries are welcome)
