Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

Shape the Future of Space &
Mobility

• Act as the primary point of contact between the development teams and business stakeholders while ensuring stakeholder alignment on goals, timelines and deliverables; 
• Develop and own the product roadmap, define detailed product requirements and user stories supported by both internal (software engineering, commercial) and external (customer, partner) stakeholders.
• Gather and prioritize customer and external stakeholder feedback enhancing product features and performance and end-to-end product usability; 
• Develop market forecasts for the product supported by UNIO’s commercial team.
• Define, in close collaboration with UNIO’s commercial team, key benefits and end-to-end value of the product(s), translating customer requirements into development applications supported by customer user experience excitement and dovetailing these data points back into the product(s) continuing evolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communication Systems or similar fields; 
• 7+ years’ experience in product management within the mobility sector, collaborating with technical and business teams;
• Proven ability successfully managing the end-to-end product lifecycle; 
• Fluency to actively engage across diverse technical domains such as cybersecurity; artificial intelligence; mobility asset digital architectures; terrestrial RF; Cloud services / architectures; terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks (i.e., TN and NTN) and edge device applications and services; 
• Demonstrable experience in project planning (Agile/Scrum);
• Knowledge of underlying technology stack, APIs, and end-to-end architectural components; 
• Customer-oriented team leadership with strong communication and presentation skills; 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment; 
• Fluent in German and English; 
• Currently based in Munich (or soon to be relocating to).
