Intro
You will join our Connection group, where the core value of our marketplace is created: turning buyer intent into meaningful business conversations with the right suppliers.
As part of one of Europe’s largest B2B marketplaces — with hundreds of thousands of supplier profiles and thousands of monthly buyer interactions — you’ll own how buyers and suppliers meet, interact, and build relationships on our platform. You’ll work across the full connection journey — from request creation to messaging and ongoing collaboration — with a strong focus on improving matching quality, conversation depth, and retention.
This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving environment, where you’ll take ownership of meaningful product problems from day one and use AI to make interactions more relevant, efficient, and valuable.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in product management with strong ownership of product initiatives
- High energy, ambition, and a strong drive to learn and grow
- Strong execution skills and the ability to move quickly from problem to solution
- Strong data literacy — comfortable defining metrics, analyzing performance, and making data-informed decisions
- Logical, structured, and process-oriented thinker
- Hands-on usage of AI tools in daily work and a strong interest in applying AI to real product problems
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
- Comfortable operating autonomously within a collaborative product setup
Nice to have - Experience in B2B, marketplaces, or platform products
- SQL proficiency
