Senior Produkt Manager (ESG) (m/w/d)

To achieve this, we develop comprehensive SaaS solutions that create transparency and sustainable growth across the entire value chain, meet ESG requirements, and automate manual processes.In your role as Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative ESG products. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and monitor market developments. This requires a strong interest in the underlying topic behind your product. Previous knowledge of individual ESG laws is not a requirement, but desirable, especially in the area of international reporting standards (ISSB, GRI & Co). 

Your professional experience will benefit you on a day-to-day basis and you will be able to coordinate your area of responsibility in a dynamic environment, which is the case for newly adopted regulations, and significantly advance product development. Overall, you are driven by the motivation to bring an innovative ESG product to market in order to support companies sustainably.

• Conception and implementation of new products in the ESG area, taking into account current international reporting regulations (ISSB, GRI, EU-Taxonomie & Co)
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as UI/UX design, development and product delivery
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements 
• In-house product expert with the claim to be informed as best as possible during the law-making process

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a related field 
• At best, you have more than 4 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS product management roles and have been responsible for product discovery and product delivery 
• Ideally, you already have previous knowledge of ISSB reporting. Knowledge of financial reporting is desirable, but not a requirement 
• You are familiar with state-of-the-art product discovery and product delivery methods and have an intrinsic interest in understanding the dynamics of the market and users in order to make far-reaching decisions with the team 
• You understand product management as the sweet spot between business, design and technology and can quickly identify, complement and successfully balance requirements from these three areas
• You have a very good command of German (C2 level) and English (C1 level), both written and spoken
