Senior Produktmanager (m/w/d) - Food & Beverages

Through your work, you’ll help us unlock the full potential of cocoa fruit, transforming foods, drinks, and lives.Portfolio Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute the product portfolio strategy to drive growth and profitability
• Optimize product mix through analysis of SKU performance, pricing, and positioning, ensuring alignment with profitability & operational efficiency
• Coordinate Koa's sustainability agenda aligned with customer expectations and operational requirements 

Innovation & New Product Development

• Collaborate with R&D, innovation and commercial teams to drive product innovation and continuous improvement
• Lead successful go-to-market strategies and product launches

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key link between commercial, R&D, and supply chain teams, enabling product-centered decisions based on feedback loops
• Manage external partner manufacturers and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

Product & Quality Management

• Oversee product quality management, resolving defects and issues timely and effectively
• Leading the support functions supply chain, quality, and toll manufacturing, fostering a culture of accountability and customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science
• 5+ years experience in product / portfolio management or category management in an international FMCG food brand
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality certifications, consumer trends, and regulatory requirements in the food and beverages industry
• Proven experience in making high-impact product/portfolio decisions
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
• Experience thriving in cross-functional teams and managing resources in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English & German (both min. B2)
