(Senior) Professional (m/w/d) Valuations and Risk Advisory

Das erwartet Dich

• Durchführung und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsprojekte für Immobilien und Portfolios
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss
• Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
• Anwendung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsverfahren (ImmoWertV / BelWertV, RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA)
• Erstellung von Wertgutachten und Marktanalysen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Identifizierung von Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten im Sinne von OneJLL
• Standortübergreifende Projektzusammenarbeit innerhalb von Deutschland und mit den Bewertungsteams in EMEA

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, VWL, Bauingenieurwesen o.ä.)
• 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung, insbesondere im Gewerbeimmobilienbereich
• Bereitschaft Zusatzqualifikationen zu erlangen (MRICS/HypZert F etc.)
• Fähigkeit zur Interpretation von Geschäftsproblemen und zur Empfehlung von Best Practices
• Erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten-/Projektteams
• Interesse an und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber dem Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz
• Sehr gute MS-Office- und Englischkenntnisse
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Kundenorientierung
