This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Leader based in Germany.
This role sits at the center of fast-moving, high-intensity project delivery within a global, remote-first environment. You will be responsible for launching and running complex, time-sensitive operations end-to-end, ensuring that workflows, teams, and client expectations are aligned from day one. The work involves coordinating distributed talent, managing operational execution, and maintaining clarity across multiple stakeholders in parallel. You will operate in an environment where speed, precision, and structured thinking are essential, especially when onboarding large contributor groups under tight timelines. Beyond execution, you will continuously refine processes, improve delivery systems, and strengthen operational reliability. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure in dynamic environments, and takes ownership of outcomes from start to finish.
Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of complex projects across client and internal talent environments, ensuring all workflows, tools, and resources are ready before execution begins.
- Define clear operational briefs, instructions, and processes to ensure contributors understand expectations and deliver consistently.
- Manage day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining alignment between clients, talent groups, and internal teams.
- Oversee communication flows across stakeholders, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and effective issue resolution in fast-changing environments.
- Track project performance across quality, throughput, timelines, and financial metrics, ensuring delivery against SLA and business expectations.
- Identify risks, operational gaps, and inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions in real time.
- Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to scaling best practices across delivery operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or similar high-intensity, execution-driven environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and coordinate distributed teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate clearly in ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail combined with strong execution speed and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, optimize, and improve operational processes proactively.
- Comfort working under tight deadlines with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and translate them into action.
