Within our Digital Business Operations & Projects department we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our strategic, company wide Planning Suite initiative. 

What you can expect:

• Lead a global, cross functional digitalization initiative that forms a key pillar of our technology driven value chain transformation.


• Drive the implementation of a fully integrated, end‑to‑end Planning Suite covering global Demand, Product, and Supply Planning processes enabling a seamless Integrated Business Planning (IBP) rhythm.


• Deliver “intelligence to planning” by establishing an industry‑leading Demand Forecasting engine powered by Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI creating a measurable competitive advantage.


• Manage a global project organization and act as the central interface between Controlling, Merchandise & Sales, Product, Supply, internal IT, and external software partners.


• Apply state of the art project management methods and confidently lead a wide range of different stakeholders across hierarchy levels.


• Increase process harmonization and data consistency while driving system based efficiencies and measurable workflow improvements through advanced technology.


• Ensure long term success and adoption through strong stakeholder management and effective change management.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in leading complex projects, including software implementation projects (ideally o9 software)


• A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Fashion/Textile Management, or a comparable field


• Experience in agile environments and the ability to apply hybrid project management methods is a strong advantage


• Profound business understanding and a broad knowledge of business processes, especially in planning & supply chain, preferably within the fashion industry


• Strategic mindset, solution orientation, and excellent cross functional leadership skills


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all stakeholders, including top management and external partners


• Proven ability to lead international, interdisciplinary teams in a motivating and goal oriented way


• Highly structured, proactive, and results driven working style


• Fluency in written and spoken business English
