• Actively lead complex customer implementation projects with cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
• Present the implementation strategy to blue chip customers, demonstrating the credibility of our delivery organization and highlighting our ability to manage complex deliveries.
• Engage directly with blue chip customers to design and develop a customized implementation plan that meets their specific needs and requirements.
• Participate in project governance meetings, providing high-level quality and risk control and developing effective mitigation strategies for project risks.
• Integrate and manage a range of internal and external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Manage junior project managers and interns, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them develop their skills and grow in their roles.

We would like to hear from you if you:  

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, urban planning, sustainability, engineering, management consulting, professional services, software engineering, construction management, or a related field 
• Excellent digital literacy, with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions at high level C-level executives and in depth with technical teams. 
• 8+ years of experience in project management in technology, construction, consulting or real estate industry 
• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively 
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control 
• Knowledge of project management software and tools 
• Experience in managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders 
• Effective communication skills in a business environment, with fluency in additional languages such as French being a highly valued asset. 
• German Language is mandatory 
• Are a self-starter with hands-on mentality, feel comfortable with multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment  
• Have Project Management certification (SCRUM, PMP, etc.) as a plus 
• Ability to travel to customers, as needed
