Senior Purchasing Project Manager (m/w/d)

The HOLON Purchasing Team strives to establish a reliable and resilient partnership ecosystem to complement our company's R&D activities with the best possible solutions on the market in the fields of hardware, software, and development services. For that matter, we are looking for a strategic-minded new colleague to plan, steer, track, and report on our division’s activities. The resulting holistic picture on the procurement strategy and operations shall be contributed to HOLON’s product and business initiatives on a cross-functional platform consisting of R&D, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Quality & Production teams.

The respective scope of responsibility is as follows:

• Collecting and structuring strategic & operational requirements from HOLON-internal stakeholders (e.g. Management Board, R&D, Finance, Product Management,) towards the purchasing division
• Prioritizing, planning, and follow-up of the purchasing division’s contribution to HOLON’s product and business-model development process (e.g. prototype & series sourcing planning, software & hardware industrialization steering, material cost & supplier investment evaluations)  
• Representing the purchasing division in cross-functional product committees and acting as single-point-of-contact for company internal project stakeholders
• Creating effective management and reporting of project relevant purchasing data such as e.g., supplier timelines or cost information (material, R&D, investments) covering the entire responsibility scope of the purchasing division
