\nWhat you will do:
You manage the recruitment process for a broad range of positions in our various teams always striving for a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
You drive projects connected to employer branding to build and develop our brand and reputation as an employer of choice
You take end-to-end ownership by writing job postings, participating in briefing calls, active sourcing, first-round interviews, candidate selection, and offer negotiation
You track accurate talent acquisition metrics and provide regular reporting
You support your peers and other colleagues in all recruiting topics e.g., by providing guidance and training on our Applicant Tracking System
You constantly look for potential ways how to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of our companies
Who you are:
You have 5+ of experience in recruiting for roles at various seniority levels, at least 2 years of experience in recruiting for tech and business positions, preferably in a gaming or an adtech industry
You have strong communication skills and fluent English; German is a plus
You have hands-on experience building a strong employer brand
You are experienced in active sourcing via different channels
You can build good relationships with candidates and hiring managers
You have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), are KPI-driven and result-oriented
You have social media and networking affinity and stay up to date with the latest trends in talent attraction
You are a team player, show proactivity, and are eager to learn something new every day
You are proficient in using Google Workspace or any other mail & collaboration tools
