In this role, you will have the chance to own your own projects on a range of exciting topics including hiring strategies for your focus area, improving our interview processes, recruiting analytics and much more!

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of our critical to fill roles in Sales, Customer Experience and Account Management based in different international locations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders – Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment and advising on best practice when it comes candidate market, interview process, candidate selection etc.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in the industry, including identifying pain points and implementing improvement strategies for active sourcing & candidate pipeline management
  • Build great relationships with our candidates and build a talent pool for key positions - we're passionate about candidate experience!
  • Drive & collaborate on different projects with the team – from interview process improvement to candidate NPS, recruitment analytics, hiring manager trainings, and more to further strengthen and develop the talent acquisition function within NavVis
  • WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • You bring 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in an international, dynamic start-up environment
  • Previous experience recruiting for Sales & Customer facing teams in a similar industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a strong advisor
  • Excellent communication skills as well as know-how to address different stakeholder at different levels
  • Experience with project management in talent acquisition topics is a huge plus
  • You are self-starter and can work independently with a sense of ownership, urgency, and curiosity
  • Fluency in English & German at a native level will help you add greater value in recruiting for roles requiring German skills, navigating local government regulations and authorities on a need-basis

You can expect to go through a screening call, and up to 3 rounds of interviews, where we would love to discover your passion and interests, introduce you to who we are and what drives us, and finally understand how we can potentially add value to each other's growth.
