Job Description:
  • Department: Healthcare and Life Sciences 
  • Location: Frankfurt, Germany( Hybrid) Preferred or Other European Countries
  • Reports to: Sales Head
  • Reports under him/her: 4 to 5 members

About the Company:
Our client is a leader in technology, engineering, and design services, delivering innovative solutions across industries. Our Healthcare and Life Sciences division focuses on empowering clients to achieve product development, healthcare software services, regulatory compliance, enhance patient outcomes, and drive digital transformation. 

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Medical device.
  • A master’s degree is a plus.  

Role Summary:
  • Define and execute regional sales strategy for Product Engineering, Healthcare Software services, digital transformation, regulatory compliance (e.g., EU MDR, US FDA), and data analytics solutions in the healthcare space.  
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team across key European geographies.
  • Drive multi-million-euro deals by engaging with CXO-level decision-makers and building compelling business cases.
  • Develop strong relationships with medical life science & suppliers, and system integrators.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of capabilities with customer requirements.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, bringing insights on sustainability, cost optimization, and innovation in design and manufacturing.
  • Report regularly on sales pipeline, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:
  • 18+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in closing large, complex deals (EUR 10M+), preferably across multiple countries in Europe.
  • Solid client network in at Healthcare, Life science ,Medical Device Industry. Product Engineering, Healthcare Software services, digital transformation, regulatory compliance (e.g., EU MDR, US FDA), and data analytics solutions in the healthcare space.  
  • Deep understanding of Healthcare, Life science ,Medical Device Industry.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and team leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
