We have partnered with a prominent company in the semiconductor industry, founded in 1992, specializes in designing and manufacturing LEDs. It is known for its innovative products and extensive patent portfolio.

The company emphasizes sustainability and energy efficiency, with a global presence in manufacturing and R&D. Its commitment to advancing LED technology and quality has made it a key industry player.

As the business expands we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the business in Germany.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop strategies for the EU digital signage market and supply chain.
2. Account Management: Lead customer relationship management and communication.
3. Sales Management: Plan and forecast sales; manage customer projects.
4. Product Promotion: Present and communicate Micro LED display products and technologies.
5. New Business Development: Lead new projects and customer acquisition.
6. Distributor Cooperation: Engage with distribution partners and develop joint business activities.
7. Market Intelligence: Gather and consolidate market insights to guide business expansion.
8. Marcom Support: Participate in EU digital signage marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Deep understanding of the EU supply chain for Micro LED displays and digital signage.
2. 10+ years of experience in the field.
3. Technical and commercial expertise in Micro LED displays and digital signage.
4. Proven track record in the industry.
5. Entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset.
6. Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
7. Motivation to work in a global, multicultural environment.
