Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Sales Operation Specialist - Germany

As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing, contract compliance, and payment risk management. You will oversee complex customer demand forecasts, streamline operational workflows, and drive collaboration across multiple teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Your key tasks would be:

Order Fulfillment: Masterfully operate system tools to ensure timely and accurate release of orders. Coordinate and resolve order delivery challenges, ensuring seamless execution. Monitor payment progress and release invoices accordingly, facilitating smooth payment collection.
Contract Review: Conduct detailed contract assessments, provide strategic operational feedback, and enhance review guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
Accounts Receivable & Risk Management: Manage invoices, mitigate payment risks, and collaborate with finance and risk teams to uphold financial integrity.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead coordination efforts with clients, sales, finance, and logistics teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and fulfillment.
Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Spearhead system enhancements, update user manuals, facilitate system training, and contribute to CRM development and automation strategies.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales operations or a similar role, with a strong track record of process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Experience or knowledge in international trade is highly valued
- Skills & Competencies:
- - System Proficiency: Expertise in digital order management tools, ensuring accuracy and speed in execution.
  - Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify bottlenecks in fulfillment and take proactive action.
  - Financial Coordination: Strong understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and risk mitigation.
  - Clear Communication: Capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
