ON Behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior SDR.

As a Senior SDR, you will play a crucial role in setting appointments with ICPs while earning a competitive package of €85k OTE plus a 2% revenue share. Proficiency in C2-level German is essential for this position. Aufgaben

• Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach, focusing on German-speaking markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Utilize CRM tools to track lead progress and manage sales pipelines efficiently, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions, providing insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifikation

• Fluency in German at a C2 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in a Senior Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
