Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with exceptional technical leadership and mentoring skills to join our team. You'll work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with product managers and other software engineers to deliver world-class products. Providing guidance and setting technical standards and best practices will be part of your responsibilities.

• Design and develop scalable, reliable and secure software solutions.

• Work as part of a cross-functional product team to deliver high-quality products and services.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the organisation, aligned with product goals and customer needs.

• Help establish and promote best practices for software development and delivery.

• Work collaboratively to ensure that solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide technical insight for informed decision making.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering high quality products.

• Excellent knowledge of strongly typed languages such as Java and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of software design, architecture and best practices.

• Experience of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and modern development practices.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and deliver results on time and within budget.

• Excellent problem solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
