What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping solutions that make a real difference for our customers. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Drive opportunities forward: Take ownership of qualified opportunities from Business Development and team up with the Sales Executives as a joint force to guide customers through the entire sales cycle, crafting tailored technical and commercial solutions that win deals.
  • Analyze and optimize: Dive into customers’ logistics data to uncover insights and craft tailored proposals.
  • Create smart solutions: Build and propose efficient technical designs by integrating our systems seamlessly into customers’ warehouses.
  • Empower our partners: Support integrators with guidance and best practices to help them successfully sell our products and solutions.
  • Innovate with purpose: Share insights and ideas that help us anticipate customer needs and keep our solutions ahead of market trends.

We’re excited to welcome someone who shares our passion for collaboration and innovation. Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

  • Experience: Typically 5+ years of proven success in solutions or process engineering within logistics products/systems, 3PL sales, or supply chain consulting.
  • Software know-how: Familiarity with WMS, WCS, WES or similar solutions.
  • Industry insight: Experience in B2B sales engineering for intralogistics is a strong plus.
  • Language skills: Professional fluency in English is essential; strong German proficiency is highly desired for confident customer negotiations.
  • Technical mindset: Ability to translate complex customer needs into tailored, end-to-end solutions.
  • Motivation: You take pride in delivering results and enjoy seeing your impact.
  • Strong communicator: Comfortable sharing ideas and key messages in writing, presentations, and conversations with partners and clients.
  • Collaborative spirit: You thrive in a proactive, energetic team environment, because at Exotec, we build together.
