WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our unit Digital Controlling & Processes, we develop and implement system-based steering concepts for our surface business. We oversee and enhance our SAP S/4HANA systems in the areas of controlling, data analytics and business warehouse. In close collaboration with stakeholders, we actively support our differentiated business steering approach by translating business unit and divisional requirements into robust IT solutions. Additionally, we serve as a consulting unit for all related topics and drive innovation in digital controlling processes. 

• In your new role, you own and continuously develop the global product costing process framework, including standards, governance models, policies, and best practices.


• As the global expert for product costing and SAP CO-PC, you provide guidance to business stakeholders, service providers, key users, and IT partners and translate business requirements into sustainable process and system solutions.


• In addition, you drive the harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement of product costing processes across regions and business units, ensuring efficient and compliant process execution.


• Together with the BPO provider, you monitor and improve product costing service delivery while ensuring data quality, process transparency, audit readiness, and compliance with internal controls.


• You lead product costing process and system enhancements within SAP S/4HANA and related digital finance solutions and coordinate user acceptance testing for projects, enhancements, and system changes.


• Furthermore, you support finance transformation through digitalization and automation, advance reporting and analytics requirements, and foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the global key user community.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or a related field, combined with several years of experience in product costing and expert knowledge of manufacturing controlling processes


• extensive hands-on SAP CO-PC experience, including standard costing, material ledger, inventory valuation, and variance analysis


• strong understanding of product costing integration with FI, MM, PP, and SD in SAP S/4HANA


• experience in process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement, ideally within an SSC, GBS, or Finance Service Hub


• ability to translate business requirements into effective and sustainable process and system solutions, as well as to collaborate effectively in a global and multicultural environment


• strong communication skills in English, with German language skills considered an advantage, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
