Senior Specialist, Product Operations - (Growth, Quick Commerce)

We are on the lookout for a Senior Specialist, Product Operations to join our Growth Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Growth at Delivery Hero is driven by the effectiveness of our product deployment at scale. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and regional commercial performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our product launches are not only executed efficiently but are calibrated to drive quantifiable business outcomes across our 70+ global markets. You will bridge the gap between central product development and regional market adoption, using data to ensure our solutions directly impact the bottom line for our Dmart and Local Shop partners.

By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Coordination & Operational Execution: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-stakes feature rollouts. You will ensure seamless deployment across our 70+ markets. When it comes to rollouts, you are responsible for the "how" and "when". Owning the launch roadmap, sequencing, and execution cadence to ensure product releases land successfully.
• Performance-Driven Coordination: Bridge the gap between operational output and commercial metrics. You will not only manage the launch process but will also calibrate it in real-time based on adoption data. You’ll use your analytical findings to adjust rollout timelines, prioritize feature configurations for high-impact markets, and ensure operational efforts are directly mapped to business targets.
• Analytical Risk Management: Proactively identify friction points that threaten operational stability or commercial performance. Using data, you will diagnose scaling challenges and process gaps, implementing robust frameworks that allow us to move faster while maintaining consistency. You don't just clear roadblocks; you design systems to prevent them from recurring.
• Strategic Roadmap Influence: Translate field-level reality into product strategy. By analyzing usage patterns and market performance data, you can act as the commercial voice in roadmap planning sessions. 
• Operational Reporting & Insights: Own the performance feedback loop. You will work with your stakeholders to define how we measure product adoption success, moving beyond vanity metrics to provide leadership with actionable insights on regional adoption, commercial lift, and the tangible business impact of our initiatives.

• 4-6 years of experience leading high-stakes GTM launches and rollouts in a B2B, or commercial-focused environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• You make sound calls on execution timing, launch sequencing, and escalation without needing supervision. You know when to push forward, pause, or flag risks. You own the outcome of your domain and operate with conviction even in ambiguity
• A data-driven mindset with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights, leveraging your expertise in tools like Tableau, BigQuery, and Looker to own business reporting and drive impact.
• A systems-thinker with a proven ability to design scalable frameworks and drive executive-level stakeholder alignment in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to identify problems proactively, propose solutions, and execute autonomously within your area of ownership.
• Experience in designing and implementing project management frameworks and collaboration mechanisms, including the ability to create and maintain go-to-market plans and rollout coordination documents to ensure flawless execution and communication.
• You have exceptional stakeholder management skills to build trust with PMs, EMs, and regional teams through clarity and follow-through. You navigate competing priorities and differing perspectives with diplomacy and transparency.
