As our new (Senior) Strategy Manager, you’ll be at the center of our most important decisions, working directly with our leadership to turn insights into action. In this hands-on role, you’ll help us spot opportunities, tackle challenges, and shape the future of mobility.

Your Responsibility

Your role is truly cross-functional: while reporting to the VP Strategy, you will collaborate closely with our C-Level and all other verticals/departments to drive our strategy forward
You will support in developing the MILES strategy, facilitating its execution and driving other topics on the management agenda
Strategy is easy, execution is everything: you will lead strategic projects and ensure that we reach our strategic targets
What projects can you expect: your projects will vary widely from organizational development topics to new market entries, process improvement, corporate development and ESG projects
You will look externally, monitor the mobility market and trends, draw implications for our business and identify opportunities and threats
You will look internally, experience how our departments operate, conduct analyses and look to continuously improve our business
You will have a highly multifaceted working environment with a steep learning curve and a multitude of different responsibilities

Your Experience

3+ years of work experience with proven strategy toolkit, preferably from a consulting firm or with experience in similar roles at scale-ups or other companies
Affinity with AI, data (SQL is a plus) & automation (no-code knowledge e.g. n8n is a plus)
Track record of successfully leading strategic projects or significant work streams
Excellent structuring, problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to build engagement, work and deliver in cross functional teams, interact & communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and influence/manage stakeholders
Excellent university degree in business administration, economics, computer science, industrial engineering or similar
