Your Challenge 

As a Senior Supply Chain Implementation Consultant, you have one goal: provide your customers with innovative supply chain solutions specific to their industry. Using OMP’s leading planning technology, you optimize planning and decision-making for customers  .

You’re responsible for the technical realization of your projects and serve as the main point of contact for your customers. You guide customers through the entire project life cycle, which involves: 

• Analyzing the customer’s planning challenges and advising them in choosing the best solution for their specific needs.


• Determining feasible project plans in collaboration with OMP’s project managers.


• Finding clever planning solutions in collaboration with our solution architects to ensure correct implementation.


• Implementing the solution from start to finish, together with the customer’s project team.


• Providing expertise before, during, and after implementation.


• Training customers and helping them to get the most of their solution.

• Implementing our bi-directional SAP integration solution

Although you’ll be visiting customers regularly (about 20% of your time), you won’t be outsourced. In this way, you remain rooted in our team of experts and consultants.

In addition to realizing customer projects, you also support the personal development of junior consultants by guiding, coordinating, and coaching them.

About you

Essential talents and qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, preferably complemented with a master's degree.


• More than 3 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning software.


• A strong affinity for IT as you need to be willing to learn an entirely new software package.


• Basic programming skills.


• The flexibility to travel.


• Fluent in English.


• A passion for working in a multinational customer-driven environment.


• A friendly and open approach to working in a team.


• Knowledge in SAP data model, PP and SD modules

Bonus points if you have:

• Industry knowledge of mill products or semi process industries.
