What to do

To implement requirements & change management process.
To design EV Functions and define their requirements.
To ensure the completeness, correctness and traceability of all requirements.
To manage baselines and changes requests; performing impact analysis and proposing modifications.
To coordinate project´s requirements across EV department and with external suppliers.
To close collaborate with vehicles and components project managers.
To ensure project support for completion in given timeframe.
To develop new system technologies as R-flow projects.

Skills you bring with you

Functional: 5+ years relevant working experience in industry or practical university projects
Industry: Automotive.
Bachelor/Master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar studies
Exposure: E-mobility
MATLAB/Simulink:
MS Office
ALM or similar:
Vector CAN Tools:
Visio or similar

Since 2019, Hero Tech Center Germany has been developing innovative concepts for the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Motocorp Limited from India. At our location in Stephanskirchen, Rosenheim, we are a 60-strong team from 12 nationalities that has an impact on the mobility of the future by supporting the parent company in India with new technologies and innovative vehicle concepts and overseeing new developments from concept to series development. With our Vehicle Engineering & Development, Electrical Development and Advanced Styling divisions, we cover many areas of two-wheeler development. Our special feature is that the engineers for the chassis and body sit directly next to the designers of the Advanced Styling and thus have very short coordination paths.
Electromobility is not neglected by us either and is also covered from the beginning with good requirements management to internal battery and cell development to the electric drive train and testing.
