We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team and help build a high performing

Role Overview:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in driving our hiring strategy, identifying top talent, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, and be a key player in shaping our company's future at this crucial point in our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet the company's growth goals.

• Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on the recruitment process.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience, reflecting our company culture and values.

• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes.

• Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry and a start-up environment.

• Track record of successful hiring and talent sourcing, especially for hiring onsite in the Berlin market.

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
