About the Role

We're looking for a Founding Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale the company's hiring function. You'll partner directly with leadership, own the entire recruitment lifecycle, and help attract exceptional talent as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
• Design and optimize scalable recruitment processes and hiring workflows.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Support People initiatives, performance management, and organizational growth.

Requirements

• You must already be living in Munich or the surrounding area. This role requires on-site work five days per week and does not offer relocation support.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or People Operations within a startup or high-growth company.
• German and English proficiency at C1 level or higher are required.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience designing or improving recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
