About the Team

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to lead our TA team as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) in an HR team that is young, passionate and a caring working environment. Your Tasks

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all business units, with a focus on attracting and securing top talent for our teams in Germany and the UK.


• Partner with Department Leads to define hiring strategies and act as a trusted advisor on all recruitment matters, ensuring your team supports business objectives.


• Own workforce planning activities with department leaders and Project Management, ensuring talent acquisition plans support future growth and project delivery.


• Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, driving high performance, best practices, and continuous improvement.


• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, talent mapping initiatives, and pipeline-building activities for critical roles and


• Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with Marketing to strengthen our position within the aerospace and engineering talent market.


• Manage relationships with specialist industry job boards, external partners, and talent communities.


• Own & manage recruitment tools such as Greenhouse (our ATS) & LinkedIn Recruiter


• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline.


• 7– 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a aerospace & high-growth environment.


• Proven experience in scaling a technical organization by 5x. 


• Previous experience leading or mentoring recruiters and managing Talent Acquisition activities across multiple business areas.


• Proven experience developing recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and workforce planning initiatives.


• Experience leading employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.


• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.


• Experience working with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, and can capatilise & suggest improvements through understanding the recruitment analytics.


• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a plus.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
