Your mission
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles through LinkedIn, job boards, online communities, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain diverse pipelines for current and upcoming roles across different teams.
- Screen incoming applications and conduct initial technical assessments to identify strong candidates.
- Keep candidate records and communication up to date in the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring teams to keep the interview process moving smoothly.
- Share updates, candidate feedback, and market insights with hiring managers regularly.
- Suggest ways to improve sourcing and screening processes to make hiring more efficient.
- Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions and support employer branding where needed.
