Senior Talent Sourcer

We're scaling our Talent Acquisition team by adding the Sourcing function to support our ambitious growth plans at Aleph Alpha for 2025 and beyond. 

We’re looking to hire a Senior Talent Sourcer for a role that goes beyond simple sourcing. In cooperation with the Sourcing Lead and other TA peers, you will be a key member to shape not just a team, but a function with its own identity and influence.  

Your responsibilities 

• Actively participate in shaping the Sourcing as a function. Co-design Sourcing frameworks and processes with the Sourcing Lead (tools, metrics, etc.) 

• Own market mapping for efficient sourcing strategies and enhancing communication with hiring managers, providing them visibility into talent pools or challenging their requests  

• Build talent engagement strategies and strong candidate pipelines for evergreen and high-priority pipelines while mentoring more junior sourcers

Your profile 

The ideal candidate:   

• Has proven experience in the technology industry, hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical roles (you will work on the roles in our Research, Product, Customer, and Operations departments) 

• Has previous experience in a startup, high-volume hiring setup, or unstructured environment  

• Drew process improvements 

• Is extremely hands-on with sourcing, leveraging different tools & platforms, using Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques 

• Able to craft compelling outreach messages and engaging recruiting pitch 

• Has the ability to effectively assess candidates' skills across all experience &seniority levels during initial screens 

• Has created market maps to provide visibility to the hiring partners on the talent pools and influence hiring decisions 

• Has strong data ownership, able to track and report on own sourcing effectiveness while contributing to the team’s broader data/KPI framework  

• Fluent in English
