Join us in this exciting opportunity to lead and shape the tax landscape of the Sunday Natural Group. As the driving force behind our tax strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and identifying optimization opportunities.

  • Oversee and manage all tax-related topics and tasks of the Sunday Group
  • Assess tax issues, with a focus on German, Polish, and European VAT law, as well as corporate income tax
  • Prepare and submit domestic and foreign VAT returns and OSS declarations for the companies
  • Monitor tax compliance of VAT obligations in Germany and abroad
  • Serve as the main contact for all tax-related questions and cooperate with external consultants and tax authorities
  • Establish and manage transfer pricing documentation, facilitating implementation and monitoring of transfer prices group-wide
  • Ensure compliance with national and international tax regulations
  • Provide oversight for the tax structure of the group, supporting German/Foreign tax audits and identifying opportunities for tax optimization
  • A completed tax education or relevant training, with professional experience in taxation, particularly in VAT
  • Experience in an internationally focused tax environment, with knowledge of Polish tax law being advantageous
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and a critical mindset for evaluating existing processes and independently devising new solutions
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess quick learning abilities, and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems as well as fluency in both German and English
