Arbeitsbeschreibung - (Senior) Technical Product Owner - CARS (f/m/d)

Cinemo is continually evolving its product portfolio. To support our engineering teams in this activity, we are currently looking for a motivated Product Owner for our embedded clients within our android solutions.
The Product Owner will help us align our engineering activities in accordance with our strategy and ensure a fast development of high-quality products. This role requires a technically skilled individual with a high comprehension and the ability to align software engineering and business needs.

Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmap
Manage the product backlog and its delivery, in alignment with the product strategy; be accountable for timeline and quality of the delivery
Ensure the teams understanding of the overall vision and strategy to support a good understanding of acceptance criteria and self-driven development
Provide transparency of product development status to all levels
Coach and motivate the team into embracing agile and test-driven development
Coordinate all development team activities, manage the process and remove impediments
Support in process audits

Very good understanding and working experience of Scrum/Agile methodologies and software development in a challenging environment
Good understanding of software architectures and android development
Development experience in Kotlin and experience with embedded solutions are a plus
Experience in Multimedia technologies is a plus
Demonstrated experience in leading project teams without disciplinary power
Very good interpersonal communication and networking skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
