You coordinate technical and operational activities across multiple disciplines, challenge engineering assumptions, and ensure projects move forward with speed, clarity, and technical rigor.

This role exists to ensure that product development projects stay on track, technical risks are addressed early, and critical decisions are made before they become costly problems.
YOUR IMPACT
You don't just track projects. You drive technical decisions and turn development plans into delivered products.
You ensure:
Manage the full lifecycle of new COPV development projects from concept and design through prototype manufacturing and serial production.
→ Accountability: Own the project. Own the outcome.
Develop sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, facilitate decisions, and guide teams toward practical and robust engineering solutions.
→ High Performance: Good decisions early prevent problems later.
Manage project activities, resources, schedules, and priorities while ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on goals and timelines.
→ Togetherness: Complex products are built by aligned teams.
Act as the central point of contact for development projects and ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of project status, risks, and required decisions.

Ensure complete and structured documentation of decisions, changes, requirements, tests, and project milestones throughout the product development process.
