Our Tech team offers you the chance to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Engineers while being faced with highly complex problems that affect customers on a global scale.

• You will be setting the quality and release frameworks at Payrails and maintaining high standards across all domains
• You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• You will define test cases early on in the process to drive high quality
• You will create, automate and oversee performance, regression, and smoke testing
• You will be troubleshooting quality issues

• You have 5+ years of experience in a QA role, managing QA processes and driving scrum teams
• You have experience tracking metrics related to quality and output and have used those numbers to influence decision-making in your team
• You have the ability to translate product requirements into test cases and scenarios
• You have managed product quality from definition to production
• You know how to code your way out of manual/repetitive tasks
• You have a passion for documentation and an eye for detail
• You have used testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha in the past to create automated tests
• Bonus: You have exposure to security issues that can arise from exposing your product to the public
