As a Senior UX App Designer (m/f/d) with a focus on mobile apps, you craft intuitive, human-centered experiences that feel natural across iOS, Android, and hybrid environments. You translate strategy and product goals into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that balance clarity, usability, and delight.

JOB PURPOSE

In this role, you’ll work at the core of one of our key client teams to evolve experiences in mobile contexts, craft solutions based on user insights and business needs, and push for simplicity and quality in every interaction. You work hands-on with visual designers, developers, and product owners to bring ideas to life, from first sketches to final screens.

You combine structure with creativity, detail with boldness, and consistency with craft. And you enjoy doing it all in a dynamic environment with the most talented (and fun) people the industry has to offer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate product strategy and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for mobile apps


• Design experiences based on user insights and business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and accessibility standards


• Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and product stakeholders in an agile, cross-functional setup


• Apply and evolve design systems for native mobile use cases with platform-specific precision


• Present concepts with clarity, handle feedback constructively, and iterate to improve outcomes


• Bring Design Thinking methods into workshops and collaboration sessions


• Contribute to a culture of human-centered design across teams
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app work


• Solid understanding of iOS and Android design patterns, platform guidelines, and interaction models


• Experience applying and evolving design systems in mobile contexts


• Proficiency with Figma and Miro


• Strong communication skills and confidence in facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders


• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating experiences that look, feel, and work beautifully


• Working proficiency in English (German is a plus)
