We are Legartis, a LegalTech startup that uses artificial intelligence to revolutionise contract review and analysis with our SaaS solution. Our diverse team consists of 25 experts from the fields of product, software development, machine learning, data science, marketing and sales.

We are looking for a UX Designer to design seamless and engaging user experiences for our AI-powered platform. You will get everything you need to be successful in your role and make a real impact. As part of our agile and self-organised product team you will:

• Create product images (Figma, Adobe Illustrator)
• Design product animations (After Effects, SVGator)
• Produce product videos (Adobe Premiere) 
• Design PowerPoint presentations 
• Improve the visual design of our website 
• Design and optimise user interfaces for our AI-supported contract analysis platform 
• Conduct user research and usability tests to gain valuable insights 
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas clearly 
• Work closely with marketing, product management and legal engineering 
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability 
• Represent user needs and actively contribute to a user-centred product development process

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design of SaaS applications
• Experience in web design
• Knowledge in animation and video creation
• Experience in designing product images (technical focus) and presentations
• Confident in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates user-centred design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers
• Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered applications or in the LegalTech industry
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• European work permit required
• Creative problem solver with a passion for intuitive user experiences
• Self-motivated team player with strong organisational skills and flexible mindset
