Service / Gastgeber (m/w/d)

The Michelberger Farm is located in the Spreewald and produces in its own forest garden planted since 2019 for the Michelberger Restaurant and the ORA Restaurant in Berlin. Since 2023 we offer the possibility to stay overnight with food directly from the forest garden. Guests who are passing through or on a day trip in the Spreewald are welcome to visit us for breakfast or dinner. We serve freshly harvested ingredients, especially perennial vegetables and a wide variety of fruits/berries, herbs, meat and dairy products from surrounding and friendly farms, such as Gut Ogrosen or Landgut Preschen.

You will work in the morning service from Friday to Monday, i.e. you look after the breakfast buffet and support the evening team in the preparation. During this time you will live in a staff room. Travel costs, accommodation and meals are covered by us. In addition to individual bookings, our “barn” is also booked by groups. You are an early riser and have some service experience, love uncomplicated service and enjoy approaching guests. You are a host at heart, love being close to nature and appreciate the quality of home-grown and regional food. 
German language skills of at least B2 level are required.
