Service Technician Marine and Power (m/f/x)

We can offer you the following tasks

• Execution of maintenance and service assignments on engines and turbochargers in stationary and/or marine applications


• Processing of claims, trouble shooting and warranty handling


• Coordination of commissioning and service work with project managers, sales and customers


• Analyse faults and suggest technical solutions to problems


• Warranty claim handling including root cause analysis and determination of damage/repair


• Customer support in technical matters as required


• Management of complex field service activities according to PrimeServ policies, processes & guidelines


• Active cooperation in daily business of the Technical Service

You can help us with these qualifications

• Graduate Engineer (Marine or Mechanical Engineering) or similar qualification


• Several years of experience in dealing with large four-stroke diesel engines and turbocharger


• Intercultural competence


• Good knowledge of standard MS Office application and SAP


• Motivated and reliable working behavior 


• Communicative ability, self-organization, assertiveness, negotiating skills


• Fluent English skills


• Willingness to travel worldwide
