• Initial commissioning of new system and component installations in-house and at customer sites
• Instruction of customer’s operating and workshop personnel
• Analysis and elimination of malfunctions as well as carrying out repairs
• Maintenance of system installations
• Preparation and follow-up of service calls
• Co-ordination and close cooperation with the sales, engineering, project management, and production departments

• Successfully completed technical vocational training as a mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or comparable technical or craft training
• Strong customer and service focus
• Self-confident appearance
• Strong communication and team skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Proficient verbal and written German language skills
• Ideally English and Italian language skills
