Shiftleader operative Logistics (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure a smooth material flow between goods receipt, warehouse, production, and shipping


• Lead, motivate, and develop employees within the warehouse logistics team


• Coordinate and manage warehouse and logistics processes, including workforce planning


• Take responsibility for the timely and quality-compliant receipt, storage, retrieval, and transfer of materials to support production


• Ensure uninterrupted production processes and the availability of machines and equipment


• Analyze operational disruptions and implement corrective actions promptly


• Communicate and coordinate with adjacent departments (e.g. Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, etc.)


• Ensure accurate material postings and inventory accuracy within the SAP system


• Monitor compliance with occupational safety, environmental, quality, customs, ADR regulations, and 5S standards


• Conduct shopfloor management activities, shift handovers, and ensure effective information flow


• Analyze and continuously optimize logistics processes (Continuous Improvement Process / CIP)


• Take responsibility for the safe operation of industrial trucks, including coordination of maintenance activities


• Support inventory counts and monitor relevant logistics key performance indicators (KPIs)


• Handle special situations and emergencies within production and logistics operations

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training; a background in logistics is an advantage


• At least three years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, including a minimum of two years in a leadership role


• Willingness to work in a three-shift system


• Good IT and system skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)


• Good German language skills (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken


• Enjoy working in a structured and independent manner


• High level of commitment, flexibility, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills


• Excellent communication skills
