Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind Zellerfeld’s online presence. You will create and execute engaging content across all social media platforms, staying ahead of trends and ensuring Zellerfeld is always part of the cultural conversation. This role is ideal for a social media-savvy storyteller with a passion for digital engagement, content creation, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write, design, and post high-quality content across all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Trendspotting & Experimentation: Constantly research and test new trends, formats, and viral content opportunities to keep Zellerfeld at the forefront of social media.

• Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster an active and loyal online community.

• Real-Time Marketing: Jump on trending topics, memes, and cultural moments to maximize Zellerfeld’s relevance and brand engagement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, influencers, and internal teams to create compelling content and partnerships.

• Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content strategy for maximum reach and engagement.

• Platform Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals while adapting strategies to different social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strong creative edge.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

• Passion for internet culture, fashion, and emerging trends.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to digital trends.

• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.

• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to experiment with new formats and ideas.

• Currently based in Hamburg or willing to relocate to Hamburg
