Social Media Manager France (m/f/d) Native French

• Plan, create and publish content across Instagram and other relevant channels
• Manage community interactions — responding to comments, DMs, and fostering genuine engagement
• Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns and seasonal moments
• Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable content improvements
• Maintain and develop the brand voice across all platforms
• Identify and approach creators whose aesthetic and values align with the Motel a Miio brand
• Execute campaigns, collaborations and influencers partnerships end to end

• French is your native language and you have a natural feel for words, culture and community
• You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment, German language skills are a plus
• You are based in Munich and excited to be part of a growing lifestyle brand
• You have gained at least 2 years of experience in Social Media, Marketing, Influencer Marketing or a similar creative field
• Instagram and TikTok are platforms you genuinely enjoy and understand beyond trends and algorithms

Nice to have

• Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom or similar)
• You thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment, take ownership of your work, and enjoy getting things done hands-on
