Software Engineering Manager (m/w/d)

• Build or expand a development team together with your Tech Lead and Product Owner
• Take responsibility for planning and implementing new features, including hands-on work on tickets
• Shape, lead, and optimize processes within the team
• Promote an agile mindset and ensure bi-weekly releases with your team
• Take responsibility for training, supporting, and developing your team members, as well as organizing team events

• A completed degree in computer science or a related field
• 4+ years of professional experience and initial experience in (technical) leadership of small (project) teams
• Experience managing development projects with attention to non-functional requirements, as well as training junior colleagues
• Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language — ideally .NET C# (switching from Java is possible) — and experience with a web framework including HTML5 and CSS
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for our product
• Very good English skills
