Solution Architect Accounting Systems & Transformation (all genders)

Your Role

We are transforming our Accounting function into an AI-enabled, data-driven organization—and we’re looking for a Solution Architect to help make that vision real. You’ll design and build automation and AI solutions that reduce manual work, improve financial data quality, and reshape how our Accounting function works. This is a unique role at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

Solution Design & Implementation

• Building scalable RPA/AI-driven solutions for core accounting processes (e.g., invoice processing, bank reconciliation, intercompany workflows).


• Translating complex operational requirements into system and automations.


• Exploring Agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI, Langgraph) for building out AI Agents

Strategic Communication & Reporting

• Creating compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate project progress and value delivered


• Supporting internal stakeholder updates (newsletters, KPI updates)

Program & Workstream Management

• Managing day-to-day project delivery for automation and transformation initiatives.


• Tracking sprint progress and team KPIs using agile PM tools (e.g., JIRA).


• Collaborating with Accounting teams to prioritize and implement improvements.

Data & Process Excellence

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to clean / structure accounting data.


• Enabling proactive decision-making by improving data flows and visualization (e.g., dashboards, financial KPIs).

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

• Are a hands-on builder with strong understanding of accounting processes and a passion for automation.


• Showcase clear communication with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Thrive as a self-starter in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities independently.


• Hold 5+ years of experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and AI/ML frameworks


• Demonstrate knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and accounting workflows.


• Are proficient in project management and sprint methodologies (Agile/Scrum).


• Comfortable to design dashboards and track KPIs (e.g., in Power BI, Looker, or similar).


• Experience working in or with Accounting or Finance transformation teams is a big plus


• Background in ERP implementations and RPA tools is a big plus
