Arbeitsbeschreibung - Solution Sales Manager B2B (m/w/d)

  • You are responsible for the sales of complex, individually tailored network solutions for customers 
  • You analyze customer needs and, together with our Sales Engineering / Product Manager team, develop technical concepts based on their requirements and ensure communication at all decision-making levels, taking business goals into account and with a view to solution options
  • You build long-term, trusting business relationships with all customers and develop a long-term strategy together with the customer and support our account managers in expanding customer relationships
  • You actively monitor technological market developments and maintain close contacts with product management to ensure that customer and market feedback is incorporated into the development and standardization of services for the national and international market

  • You ensure a permanent and sustainable pipeline development in relation to the network portfolio and its partners as well as the associated achievement of goals
  • You continually educate yourself on technological trends and product innovations in the network environment and work consistently and permanently to further develop your personal and professional skills
  • Successfully completed (technical) university degree or vocational training
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in key account management and complex ICT solution sales
  • In-depth knowledge of network solutions, especially SDN, NaaS, as well as “state-of-the-art” knowledge of current trends in the network environment  
  • Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructures
  • Sales-oriented thinking and acting at a high level as well as confident communication in customer contact 
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills 
  • Very good Chinese, German and English skills
