Whether as a pedagogical specialist or as an assistant - you actively participate in the organization of our rainbowtrekkers SummerCamp! So that not only you, but also the 
children can experience a fun, unforgettable summer vacation in a protected, familiar environment. 

In addition to pedagogical offers and some special attractions, we want to offer the children and families breakfast, lunch (delivered by the caterer) and snacks together as a team. Of course, we also proactively give the parents daily feedback (German, English or other languages possible) about the progress of the day. 
Together we also provide a clean, safe and positive environment for the children, as well as a good working environment for our team.

- Reliability and ability to quickly build relationships with children
- genuine supervision, care, and concern for each child’s needs and wishes.
- Motivation and commitment, both in interactions with children and in routine tasks
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Recognition as a "pädagogische Fachkraft für Kindertagesstätten" (not mandatory)
- German or English language skills, at least on B2 level
- practical experience in working with children from 2 - 6 years old
- EU-citizenship (or other work permission for Gernany)- 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday) in the period from 21.07.-08.08.25. Participating just for one or two week(s) is also an option.
- Attractive remuneration, as no social security contributions and taxes are due within the scope of the lump sum for the so called "Übungsleiter" (even if there is a main employment with another sponsor/employer)
- possibility to bring in own ideas, to organize and to participate in the implementation
- pedagogical work in our daycare center in Cologne Junkersdorf, far away from the normal day-to-day life of a daycare center.
- ​accomodation in a shared-room (of needed).
