Sourcing Manager (f/m/d/x)

The role

As our next Sourcing Manager (f/m/d/x), you’ll be the go-to link between product and procurement, making sure new ingredients find their way into our boxes to delight our customers. You’ll team up with Category Managers and cross-functional colleagues to spot cross-market opportunities, keep processes simple, and make sourcing more efficient. In this collaborative role, you’ll connect with local and international teams, gain visibility across markets, and help shape the future of our delicious portfolio.

What you’ll do

• You will lead the project management and workflow for all new ingredient requests, acting as gatekeeper and ensuring strict process adherence from proposal through approval or rejection


• In this role, you review and validate new ingredient requisitions for completeness before engaging suppliers or escalating to Category Managers for sourcing/tender processes


• Together with local NID/Ingredient Specialists, you ensure sourcing tasks stay on track and that only feasible SKUs progress to Culinary testing


• You manage stakeholder engagement and communication across local and international teams to keep the NID approach consistent with other markets


• By coordinating with Category Managers, Culinary, FSQA, Sensory Testing and other markets, you support efficient SKU onboarding and cross-market alignment


• You contribute to portfolio efficiency by identifying alternative SKUs in global catalogs and driving SKU consolidation, rationalization, and cost-saving initiatives


• Working closely with Culinary and Quality teams, you support SKU improvement projects, including specification tweaks and ingredient performance enhancements

What you’ll bring

• Strong communication, collaboration, and self-management skills with a focus on teamwork and customer orientation; fluent in English and confident interacting with senior business leaders and vendors


• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities with a track record in continuous process improvement


• Ability to lead, influence, and inspire stakeholders across functions, present ideas effectively, and facilitate discussions with multiple inputs


• Experience in change management, process improvement, and risk assessment, ideally within hybrid or global delivery-focused teams


• Skilled at creating a culture that fosters innovation and data-driven solutions, while building and sustaining trustful relationships across local and international teams


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, balance stakeholder expectations, and deliver consistent results


• Preferably hold a degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain, with 3–5 years’ experience in procurement and/or product/portfolio management
