At 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin we are particularly proud of that fact that, in addition to many international guests, we also count local Berlin residents amongst our visitors. The monthly events with cool, eccentric, and sometimes famous acts are also popular with our colleagues. In close proximity to our urban jungle you’ll find many public transport links. Lunchtimes are usually spent together in our canteen, or sometimes we go shopping at the Bikini mall - complete with discounts. In this way, a few friendships blossom from our young team.

How does your working day look like ...

• Deputizing for the head chef and assisting with planning, organization & coordination
• Ordering goods and keeping a daily eye on stocks and order
• Coordinated & experienced way of working
• Strength and confident appearance in operational à la carte
• Guiding and leading the individual positions of the kitchen team
• Eye for detail in operational and organizational matters
• Careful & responsible handling of food & raw materials is a matter of course
• Implementation & control of our HACCP concept
• Carrying out quality assurance audits

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef and have several years of professional experience
• You can motivate colleagues and lead a team
• Enthusiasm for international cooking on stage - our guests have an insight into the kitchen
