Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing innovative content strategies for the website and B2B social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Advice and content support for our colleagues on communication
Conception, implementation and management of organic & paid marketing campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn, Google Ads (SEA) and display campaigns
Analysing and optimising our website to increase conversion rates and user-friendliness
Optimisation of search engine rankings through targeted SEO measures
Preparing and analysing relevant marketing key figures to create meaningful reports
Use of AI and data-based tools to continuously improve performance intelligence
Qualifications:
Degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field of study
Significant professional experience in digital marketing in a company or agency
Sound knowledge of social media platforms and strategies, especially LinkedIn
Basic professional experience in website optimisation and content management
Proven experience in dealing with SEO/SEA, ideally knowledge of Matomo
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders and in a team
Very good command of written and spoken English and German
