Der Bereich Service bei der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG sichert in den unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen unserer Produkte den Geschäftserfolg unserer Kund*innen mit Service Dienstleistungen, Service Parts und Consumables. Ihre Aufgaben:

• Konzeption, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Schulungsmaßnahmen für Servicetechniker*innen für Computer-to-Plate (CtP) Anlagen in der Druckvorstufe weltweit
• kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung der Schulungsinhalte
• Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen mit Fokus auf qualitätsrelevante Themen und Prozesse
• Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung, insbesondere zur Optimierung von Serviceprozessen und technischen Lösungen
• Bereitstellung von Remote- und Online-Support für Techniker*innen vor Ort

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker*in
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik, idealerweise mit praktischer Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse in PC-basierter Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssoftware
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und didaktisches Geschick in der Vermittlung technischer Inhalte
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur sicheren Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der Druckvorstufe von Vorteil
