The Big Picture: You will be responsible for processing sea freight orders from receipt of order to invoicing.
Your work matters: The organization of the pre-carriage, main-carriage and on-carriage is also part of your daily business, including the preparation and procurement of required documents, the handling of customs formalities and the writing of quotations.
Communication professional: You will take over the communication with our national and international customers, agents as well as service providers, negotiate rates independently and take over the purchase of services.
Documentation: You will be responsible for complaints and claims processing.

Convincing Background: You convince with a completed professional training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or another comparable training. First professional experience in the field of export or import sea freight is preferable.
Strong Communicator: You are a team player with good language skills in German and English (spoken and written)? Perfect!
Technical know-how: A confident handling of the common MS-Office applications is a standard for you and the access to new systems is simple for you.
Hands-on: You work proactively as well as solution-oriented and can structure yourself and workflows well? Welcome to the team!
